Refund Policy

At Nalanda IT Zone, we are committed to providing high-quality training and support. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment or are unable to attend a course, please review our refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
  • The student withdraws from the course before the start date.
  • The institute cancels or reschedules a course without providing a suitable alternative.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), with valid documentation and approval from the management.

Non-Refundable Items

Customer will not get refund in the following situations.
  • Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refund will be granted after attending two or more sessions of a course.
  • Digital products, ebooks, bags, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Refund Request Procedure

To get refund, please follow these steps:
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at the front desk.
  • The request should include: Student Name, Parents Name, Course Name, Course Duration Amount Paid etc.

Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another course or batch once, without penalty (subject to availability).

Refund Processing Method

We will process refund request of customer in following manner.
  • Naland IT Zone will have sole right to interprete any of the point given above and points mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
  • Minimum 7 working days will be needed to complete the refund request received from the customer.
  • No cash will be refunded. Amount of refund will be transferred to bank account of the customer in electronic method like NEFT, IMPS, UPI etc.
